Baccarat Chemin de Fer Rules and Plan

Punto Banco Standards

Baccarat chemin de fer is enjoyed with 8 decks of cards in a shoe. Cards below 10 are counted at face value while at the same time 10, J, Q, K are zero, and A is 1. Bets are placed on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not actual people; they just represent the 2 hands that are dealt).

Two cards are dealt to both the ‘banker’ and ‘player’. The value for each hand is the sum total of the 2 cards, but the 1st number is discarded. For instance, a hand of 5 and 6 has a value of 1 (five plus 6 equals 11; dump the first ‘1′).

A 3rd card can be given using the rules below:

- If the player or bank has a value of 8 or nine, both players stand.

- If the player has five or less, he takes a card. Players stands otherwise.

- If the player holds, the house hits on a value less than 5. If the player takes a card, a chart is employed to figure out if the banker holds or hits.

Baccarat Banque Odds

The bigger of the 2 scores wins. Winning bets on the bank payout 19:20 (equal cash minus a five percent rake. Commission are recorded and paid off when you quit the game so ensure you have funds left over just before you quit). Winning wagers on the gambler pay one to one. Winning wagers for a tie normally pay 8 to 1 but occasionally nine to one. (This is a bad bet as ties occur less than one in every 10 hands. Avoid wagering on a tie. Although odds are substantially better for 9 to 1 vs. 8 to 1)

Played properly baccarat banque gives pretty good odds, apart from the tie wager of course.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Scheme

As with all games punto banco has quite a few general false impressions. One of which is the same as a misunderstanding in roulette. The past is not a fore-teller of events about to happen. Tracking previous results on a page of paper is a poor use of paper and an affront to the tree that was cut down for our paper needs.

The most familiar and possibly the most accomplished strategy is the one-three-two-six method. This plan is deployed to maximize winnings and minimizing risk.

Start by placing 1 dollar. If you succeed, add another to the 2 on the game table for a grand total of 3 chips on the second bet. If you succeed you will retain 6 on the game table, remove 4 so you keep two on the 3rd bet. If you succeed on the third wager, deposit 2 to the 4 on the table for a total of six on the 4th wager.

Should you lose on the initial bet, you take a hit of one. A win on the initial bet followed by a hit on the second brings about a hit of two. Wins on the first two with a loss on the third provides you with a gain of 2. And success on the 1st 3 with a hit on the 4th means you are even. Winning all four rounds gives you with twelve, a take of 10. This means you will be able to not win on the 2nd wager five times for every favorable run of four rounds and in the end, break even.
