Punto Banco Standards

Punto banco is played with eight decks of cards in a dealing shoe. Cards valued less than ten are valued at their printed number while 10, J, Q, K are zero, and A is 1. Bets are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these aren’t actual people; they simply represent the 2 hands that are dealt).

Two hands of two cards are then dealt to the ‘bank’ and ‘player’. The score for each hand is the sum of the 2 cards, although the 1st digit is dumped. For instance, a hand of 5 and six has a score of one (5 plus 6 equals 11; dump the first ‘one’).

A additional card might be dealt using the rules below:

- If the gambler or house gets a value of 8 or 9, the two players stay.

- If the gambler has 5 or less, he takes a card. Players otherwise hold.

- If the player holds, the bank hits on five or lower. If the gambler hits, a table is used to determine if the bank stands or takes a card.

Punto Banco Odds

The greater of the 2 hands wins. Winning wagers on the bank pay out 19:20 (equal cash minus a five percent commission. The Rake is recorded and paid off once you quit the game so make sure you still have funds around just before you depart). Winning wagers on the player pay one to one. Winning bets for tie frequently pays eight to one but sometimes 9:1. (This is a awful wager as ties occur lower than 1 in every 10 hands. Avoid wagering on a tie. However odds are astonishingly better for 9 to 1 vs. 8:1)

Wagered on properly punto banco gives relatively decent odds, aside from the tie wager of course.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Course of Action

As with all games baccarat banque has a few common false impressions. One of which is close to a false impression in roulette. The past is not an indicator of events yet to happen. Keeping track of past results at a table is a waste of paper and a snub to the tree that was cut down for our paper needs.

The most accepted and likely the most acknowledged course of action is the one, three, two, six technique. This method is used to maximize earnings and minimizing losses.

Start by placing 1 unit. If you succeed, add 1 more to the two on the game table for a sum total of 3 units on the second bet. If you win you will now have 6 on the game table, pull off four so you are left with two on the third bet. Should you succeed on the 3rd bet, put down 2 on the 4 on the game table for a grand total of 6 on the fourth wager.

Should you lose on the first bet, you take a loss of 1. A win on the first wager followed by a loss on the second causes a hit of two. Wins on the first two with a loss on the 3rd provides you with a profit of 2. And wins on the initial 3 with a defeat on the 4th means you balance the books. Succeeding at all 4 rounds gives you with twelve, a take of ten. This means you will be able to not win on the second round five times for each favorable run of 4 wagers and in the end, experience no loss.

Rules of Baccarat

Baccarat Standards

Baccarat is played with 8 decks of cards in a shoe. Cards which are valued under 10 are said to be at face value and on the other hand 10, J, Q, K are 0, and A are each equal to 1. Wagers are placed upon the ‘banker,’ the ‘player’ or for a tie (these aren’t actual contenders; they simply act as the two hands to be played).

2 hands of 2 cards shall then be given to the ‘banker’ as well as ‘player’. The value for every hand shall be the total of the 2 cards, but the initial digit is dropped. For example, a hand of seven and 5 has a total of 2 (7plus5=twelve; drop the ‘1′).

A third card could be played depending on the following standards:

- If the gambler or banker has a total score of eight or 9, both players stand.

- If the player has 5 or lower, he/she hits. gamblers stand otherwise.

- If gambler stands, the banker hits of five or lower. If the bettor hits, a chart might be used to see if the banker stands or hits.

Baccarat Odds

The larger of the 2 scores is the winner. Winning bets on the banker pay at nineteen to 20 (even odds less a 5% commission. Commission is kept track of and moved out when you leave the table so ensure you have $$$$$ still before you leave). Bets on the player that end up winning pay one to one. Winner bets for tie as a rule pay eight to one but on occasion 9 to one. (This is a bad bet as ties will happen less than 1 every 10 hands. Run away from wagering on a tie. Nevertheless odds are considerably better – nine to one vs. 8 to one)

When played accurately, baccarat provides generally decent odds, aside from the tie wager ofcourse.

Baccarat Strategy

As with most games, Baccarat has some common misconceptions. One of which is quite similar to a roulette misconception. The past is in no way a predictor of future events. Monitoring of old results on a chart is definitely a total waste of paper and an insult to the tree that gave its life for our stationary needs.

The most commonly used and probably most successful technique is the one-3-two-six scheme. This process is used to magnify profits and lowering risk.

start by gambling 1 unit. If you win, add 1 more to the 2 on the table for a total of 3 on the second bet. If you win you will have six on the table, take away four so you have two on the third gamble. If you win the third wager, add 2 to the four on the table for a total of 6 on the 4th wager.

If you lose on the 1st wager, you take a loss of 1. A win on the 1st bet followed up by loss on the 2nd causes a loss of two. Wins on the first two with a loss on the 3rd gives you a profit of 2. And wins on the first 3 with a loss on the fourth mean you break even. Arriving at a win on all four bets leaves you with twelve, a profit of 10. Thus that you can lose the second bet 5 times for every successful streak of 4 bets and still break even.
