Baccarat Chemin de Fer Regulations and Plan

Baccarat Banque Standards

Baccarat banque is bet on with 8 decks of cards in a shoe. Cards under 10 are valued at their printed number while at the same time 10, J, Q, K are zero, and Ace is one. Bets are made on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these aren’t really people; they just represent the 2 hands to be dealt).

Two cards are given to both the ‘bank’ and ‘gambler’. The score for every hand is the sum total of the 2 cards, however the beginning digit is dropped. e.g., a hand of five and 6 has a value of one (five plus six equals 11; drop the first ‘one’).

A third card may be dealt using the rules below:

- If the player or banker achieves a value of 8 or nine, both players stand.

- If the gambler has less than five, he hits. Players otherwise stay.

- If the gambler holds, the banker hits on a total less than five. If the player takes a card, a table is used to decide if the house holds or hits.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Odds

The larger of the two totals wins. Winning wagers on the house pay out 19 to 20 (equal money less a 5 percent rake. The Rake is kept track of and cleared out when you quit the game so make sure you have funds around just before you leave). Winning bets on the player pays out at one to one. Winning wagers for tie frequently pays eight to one but on occasion 9:1. (This is a poor wager as a tie occurs lower than 1 in every ten hands. Be cautious of gambling on a tie. Although odds are astonishingly better for nine to one versus 8:1)

Gambled on properly baccarat banque offers pretty good odds, apart from the tie wager of course.

Baccarat Strategy

As with all games Baccarat has quite a few familiar false impressions. One of which is similar to a misconception in roulette. The past isn’t an indicator of future events. Recording previous results at a table is a poor use of paper and a snub to the tree that was cut down for our paper desires.

The most accepted and almost certainly the most accomplished strategy is the one-three-two-six plan. This technique is used to pump up earnings and limit risk.

Start by wagering 1 unit. If you succeed, add another to the two on the game table for a grand total of three dollars on the second bet. Should you succeed you will have six on the game table, take away four so you have two on the third bet. Should you win the third round, deposit two to the four on the game table for a sum total of 6 on the 4th wager.

If you don’t win on the first wager, you take a hit of one. A win on the 1st bet followed by a loss on the 2nd brings about a loss of two. Wins on the initial two with a defeat on the third provides you with a take of two. And success on the 1st 3 with a loss on the 4th means you are even. Winning at all 4 bets leaves you with 12, a take of 10. This means you will be able to lose the second wager five instances for every favorable run of four bets and in the end, balance the books.
