Baccarat Policies

Baccarat is played with 8 decks of cards. Cards that are valued less than 10 are valued at face value and on the other hand 10, J, Q, K are 0, and A are each applied a value of 1. Bets are placed on the ‘banker,’ the ‘player’ or for a tie (these aren’t actual contenders; they only depict the two hands to be given out).

Two hands of 2 cards will now be dealt to the ‘banker’ … ‘player’. The total for each hand is the sum of the 2 cards, but the first digit is removed. For e.g., a hand of seven … five produces a value of two (sevenplusfive=twelve; drop the ‘1′).

A 3rd card can be dealt depending on the foll. rules:

- If the gambler or banker has a score of 8 or 9, the two players stand.

- If the gambler has 5 or less, he hits. gamblers stand otherwise.

- If player stands, the banker hits of five or lower. If the bettor hits, a chart will be used to determine if the banker stands or hits.

Baccarat Odds

The larger of the two scores will be the winner. Victorious wagers on the banker payout nineteen to 20 (even money minus a five percent commission. Commission is followed closely and paid out when you leave the table so ensure you have $$$$$ left before you leave). Winning bets on the player pay 1 to 1. Winner bets for tie typically pays out at 8 to one but occasionally 9 to 1. (This is a crazy bet as ties happen lower than one every ten hands. Definitely don’t try placing bets on a tie. Regardless odds are greatly better – 9 to one vs. eight to 1)

Played accurately, baccarat offers fairly good odds, away from the tie bet ofcourse.

Baccarat Strategy

As with just about every games, Baccarat has some common misconceptions. One of which is close to a roulette misconception. The past is in no way an actual indicator of future happenings. Monitoring of last outcomes on a chart is a waste of paper … a slap in the face for the tree that gave its life for our stationary needs.

The most accepted and almost certainly most successful technique is the one-three-two-six concept. This tactic is used to amplify earnings and reducing risk.

start by wagering one unit. If you win, add one more to the 2 on the table for a total of 3 on the second bet. If you win you will have 6 on the table, clear away four so you have two on the third wager. If you win the third bet, add two to the four on the table for a sum total of 6 on the fourth gamble.

If you lose on the 1st wager, you suck up a loss of one. A win on the 1st bet followed up by loss on the second causes a loss of 2. Wins on the 1st two with a loss on the 3rd gives you a profit of 2. And wins on the first three with a loss on the fourth mean you break even. Winning at all four bets leaves you with twelve, a profit of 10. This means you can fail to win the second bet 5 times for every successful streak of 4 bets and still break even.
