Baccarat Banque Rules and Scheme

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Policies

Baccarat banque is enjoyed with 8 decks in a dealing shoe. Cards below ten are worth their printed number and with Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and Ace is 1. Bets are placed on the ‘bank’, the ‘player’, or on a tie (these aren’t really people; they simply represent the 2 hands that are dealt).

Two hands of two cards are then dealt to the ‘house’ and ‘gambler’. The value for every hand is the total of the 2 cards, but the beginning digit is ignored. e.g., a hand of five and 6 has a value of one (five plus six equals eleven; dump the initial ‘one’).

A 3rd card might be given out depending on the following rules:

- If the gambler or house gets a value of eight or 9, both players stand.

- If the player has 5 or lower, she takes a card. Players otherwise stand.

- If the player stands, the bank hits on five or lower. If the gambler hits, a guide is employed to figure out if the bank stands or takes a card.

Baccarat Odds

The greater of the two hands wins. Winning wagers on the bank payout 19 to 20 (equal money less a 5 percent rake. Commission are tracked and cleared out when you leave the table so be sure to have funds around just before you leave). Winning wagers on the player pay 1:1. Winning bets for a tie usually pays 8:1 but sometimes 9 to 1. (This is a bad wager as ties occur less than 1 in every ten rounds. Avoid betting on a tie. However odds are astonishingly better for 9 to 1 vs. 8:1)

Played properly baccarat gives pretty good odds, aside from the tie wager of course.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Strategy

As with all games baccarat banque has some accepted misunderstandings. One of which is the same as a false impression in roulette. The past is not an indicator of future outcomes. Tracking past outcomes on a chart is a bad use of paper and an insult to the tree that was cut down for our stationary needs.

The most common and probably the most favorable scheme is the one-three-two-six plan. This plan is employed to build up profits and limit risk.

Start by wagering one unit. If you win, add another to the 2 on the game table for a grand total of 3 units on the second bet. Should you succeed you will retain 6 on the game table, pull off four so you are left with 2 on the third bet. Should you succeed on the 3rd bet, deposit two to the four on the game table for a total of 6 on the fourth bet.

Should you do not win on the first round, you take a loss of 1. A profit on the 1st wager followed by a loss on the second creates a loss of two. Success on the 1st 2 with a loss on the third provides you with a profit of 2. And wins on the 1st 3 with a hit on the fourth means you experience no loss. Winning at all 4 wagers gives you with 12, a profit of ten. This means you will be able to give up the 2nd bet 5 times for every favorable run of four rounds and in the end, break even.
